Frequently asked questions

Do I need technical skills for DKIM?

No. The wizard generates the key, shows you the exact DNS records for your host and then checks that they are correct. Two video walkthroughs (in German) are embedded on this page.

What happens if my SMTP server is down?

The app retries up to three times. If delivery still fails, the document appears under “Open items” and you get a notice – the document itself was created and archived long before.
