For merchants
You sell. Easy Invoices writes the invoice, sends it from your domain, corrects it on cancellation or refund and delivers everything to your accounting firm at month end – in the format they want.
Invoice on payment, cancellation on cancellation, credit note on refund, correction on edit – no clicks, gap-free numbering.
Domestic, EU B2B, OSS, export, small business, margin scheme: the app classifies the case, prints rate and statutory note and freezes the decision on the document – reviewable by you and your accounting firm.
PDF archive monthly and automatically to the firm; the DATEV booking batch and CSV run in a closed beta, and the firm sets up the accounts itself.
If a detail is missing, the app asks instead of guessing. One dashboard entry, one click, the document exists.
From the Shopify App Store, no separate login. The app runs inside your Shopify admin.
Address, tax number, bank details, invoice prefix. Your existing sequence continues.
Connect your mail provider or use the white-label relay, upload your logo – live preview included.
The next paid order gets its invoice. Create the accountant schedule whenever you like.
Invoice, cancellation and credit note on every paid order – no clicks.
From your domain, with DKIM – 15 SMTP presets and a DNS wizard.
Password-protected PDF archive to your accountant every month, Z3 data carrier for audits.
Import-ready booking batch with the receivable and its settlement – monthly, automatically.
Switzerland, UK, US: tax-free export or destination tax – depending on your registration.
§ 19 small-business rule and margin scheme with the legal note – automatically.
PDF/A-3 with embedded EN 16931 XML – one switch, every document.
No document with a guessed tax rate: the app asks, you click, done.
Your shop is already running – your invoice history lives somewhere else
Migrating creates cases no software should guess at: a refund for an order your previous system invoiced. An older order that only gets paid now. Easy Invoices invents nothing in those cases. We deliberately hold the document back, open an item for it and ask for exactly the one detail we are missing – one click, one document.
When a refund arrives for an order we hold no invoice for, we do not guess a tax rate. You enter the original invoice's number and date plus the tax breakdown – we turn that into a credit note carrying the legally required reference to the original invoice.
An order created before you installed, paid afterwards? We do not silently create a second invoice for the same sale, and we do not burn an invoice number on it either. You decide: create the invoice here – or file it as “already invoiced elsewhere”.
You set the starting number, the prefix and whether the year is included. Your previous system's sequence carries on without a gap instead of restarting at 1.
Every case that needs your decision shows up as an item on the dashboard – with amount and customer. Where a VAT deadline applies, the row states the date by which the correction belongs in your VAT return.
Software, not tax advice: We are not tax advisers: Easy Invoices applies the rules you configure to your shop’s data – checking your documents for tax correctness stays with you and your accounting firm. Details in § 2a of the terms
Your numbering continues seamlessly. If a refund arrives for an order your old system invoiced, the app asks for the original invoice’s number and date and creates the credit note from that – nothing is guessed.
For the online store and the Shop app: yes, for every order that reaches your Shopify order list. In-person sales through Shopify POS are deliberately left out – the customer already receives the POS receipt at the till, and Shopify does not reliably deliver the data an invoice needs for those sales. Your store can keep using POS; only the POS orders get no additional document from us. The same applies to TikTok Shop.
